What are the best aspects of this product?

I like how it functions as a standalone cloud-based app and how data can be seen in real-time. There's no longer a need for importing or exporting data. A test environment is available for testing out new policies, deduction codes, and a host of others.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Going through the reporting module is a big challenge. It's a bit difficult to see a topic containing data you're supposed to find. This particular module has been updated dramatically to 8.5. Within the latest version, making reports is simpler and with additional functionality.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We got rid of having to eradicate data entry duplicates into a few different systems. The app assisted in streamlining a bulk of our business processes, which greatly saved us a lot of time. It enabled us to concentrate on auditing resulting to highly precise payrolls.
