What are the best aspects of this product?
All-in-one system, cloud-based... we used to be 90% paper-based and once we moved to Dayforce HCM for our HRIS, payroll, Scheduling and recruiting needs we are less than 10% paper-based.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
They are moving away from using Silverlight and switching the modules within the system to HTML. I like Silverlight and felt like the system was fast and efficient. With HTML is seems a little bit slower but I am hoping this will change once the whole system is on HTML and off of Silverlight.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
More capability on the mobile app... like viewing your timesheets or at least a summary of daily hours.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We were 90% paper-based and were literally buried in paper in our file room. We could not keep up with it. Now we are less than 10% paper-based and working more efficiently. We eliminated the file clerk position entirely!
