What are the best aspects of this product?
Dayforce makes it convenient and simple for the end user. It's highly intuitive. As a result, we were able to increase self-service overuse. I love how the sandbox is able to replicate our current production environment. This leads to simpler troubleshooting and testing.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I feel Dayforce needs to concentrate and improve on their reporting tool. If they're able to deal with that, then I'm pretty sure they'll do better even more.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
With the implementation of Dayforce, we're able to finally get rid of OT with our payroll processors, hence, we ended up operating efficiently. For instance, we did a good job minimizing orientation of our employees from a day and a half to a day. A majority of this is the implemented onboard process.
