PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Dayforce is very intuitive and easy for our end users to use. Most of our employees never used any electronic HR/Payroll software before. Dayforce is definitely very user friendly for first time employees experiencing HR/Payroll software.

Our employees look at their pay stubs, change their address, tax forms, phone number, email address, direct deposit, receive their performance reviews, apply for other open positions through Dayforce. One of my favorite features is the total compensation statement. Dayforce has a total compensation statement with graphics so the employee can appreciate the "hidden paycheck" costs the employer spends on them.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Dayforce is continually enhancing the product, they truly want to hear from the users on what makes our work life better and if possible, then implement it. I truly appreciate the enhancements to the recruiting module and look forward to continue enhancements in this area.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

They have just recently introduced a compensation module. I have not used it, I have seen a demonstration of it. I would like to see this feature expand into making salary survey data easy to import and export for reporting and comparison.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The implementation of Dayforce introduced technology on our manufacturing floor. Our timekeeping was greatly enhanced by increased accuracy, reduced processing time, elimination of filing, etc.

Once we went live on Dayforce our employees now look at Dayforce for their bi-weekly pay stub. They schedule through Dayforce time away and they always know the balance of their time away entitlements. Looking back, it is really hard to believe it was just 2015 when we were still doing everything with pen, paper, filing cabinets, etc.
