What are the best aspects of this product?
Dayforce is truly an integrated system. It has allowed for changes and custmizations of our ever changing org structure. The customer services is fantastic. The product is constantly improving and they seriously take into account customer feedback.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We have had a few issues around shift transfers and with all the updates sometimes it's difficult to keep our training materials up to date.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I'm happy with the product as is.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Many of our employees hold multiple pay positions, each with different pay rates and supervisors. This system has made our timekeeping and payroll much easier.

Why did you decide to change it?
The cost of ADP was going up and still required many manaul process steps to get through payroll and timekeeping. Therefore we decided to look to see what else was available at a comparable price.
