What are the best aspects of this product?

Its modern UI makes everyting simple to browse and navigate. There are plenty of pathways that get you where you really want to go. Customizations are simple, making it very convenient to only see modules you utilize regularly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There have been some issues in terms of usability. Sometimes, things tend to get pushed off the screen especially when dealing with varying monitor sizes. Layout doesn't seem to be responsive at all.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I'm now capable of monitoring and managing my hours, and having them saved for approvabl from the admin. It saved me lots of time, and it's a lot easier to acquire benefits data and paystubs with several clicks. This is better than wasting time on what could've been productive on projects.
