What are the best aspects of this product?

Being an administrator for quite some time, I give this app a perfect score. Whether it's from payroll to recruitment to time management, navigating easily between one function to another is what I favor the most. It doesn't take me long to answer concerns/needs when an employee is having issues with their earnings or checking hours.

With an overwhelming number of features available, it's easy to get lost or lose track in accomplishing a specific task.

Being a recruiter for so many years, this applciation made it easy to streamline processes by letting me keep track of status requisitions, organize applicant flow, and do turnover reports. It creates essential reports and fact for informed business decisions.
