What are the best aspects of this product?

The all-in-one platform. Single sign-on, integration of reporting, ease of creating roles/security levels.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

When setting up new pay policies, it is not always intuitive to know where to start, what to pick, etc.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

A leave of absence module that is fully integrated within Dayforce, rather than needing to use a partner site with daily file feeds.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The time spend on manual recordkeeping for attendance alone was reduced by 66%.
