PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The thing that I like with Dayforce is how surprisingly easy it is to operate after logging in for the first time. Coming from an organization that lack the mobile app for vacation time management, handling benefits, etc.., having this app on my smartphone is an added bonus!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The only issue that I could ever think of with this application is restting the password. I literally had to reach out to the administrator to help me out (I found this annoying) in an age where everyone has a bunch of passwords in tow.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This app has been beneficial in organization our employees. Dayforce is best for any small business since it doesn't re-create anything. It only does what it's supposed to do.
