What are the best aspects of this product?
Dayforce is truly an integrated system. 1 person 1 record. Being able to see information in real time is an real advantage. It has allowed for customizations of our ever changing structure. The customer services is fantastic.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I really do not have any real complaints. Have had a few problems with a project going on too long, beyond the estimated time frame, but that was not 100% Ceridian's fault.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
We are so new I feel we need to adopt the ones already included. I have not thought that far ahead.

Tracking of absences and lateness. Cut down on the processing time and the manual aspects of the payroll process.
