What are the best aspects of this product?

The ease of use is amazing. In in hour you can get used managing all the vdr features, invite people, set permissions etc. Platform is very intuitive and easy to navigate. Customer support is very helpful. Especially their success manager Julia who helped us to walk through any questions we had.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Missing Outlook integration

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would like to be able to make branding and customize my rooms a little bit more.

It helped us manage documents and share info between our firm and and clients. It helps us to manage user activities and analytics in deals. It also help us to manage users and their permissions and access.
