Pros: We have been using Dealroom for due diligence and post-merger integration processes. It was easy to use and support helped us a lot with everything. We are extremely pleased with the service they provide. It's very easy to drag and drop files and set permissions for documents. Their requests functionality is also very useful and helped us track process with a large amount of buyers. Highly recommended!

Cons: More integration options would be good

Pros: The ease of use is amazing. In in hour you can get used managing all the vdr features, invite people, set permissions etc. Platform is very intuitive and easy to navigate. Customer support is very helpful. Especially their success manager Julia who helped us to walk through any questions we had.
