Automatic scheduling is the most convenient feature, but is willingly sacrificed for a different product that has better accuracy or reporting

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Reporting leaves so much to be desired, support doesn't know their own product and offers solutions that arent even possible

Accuracy, Common sense

The automatic scheduling seems helpful, but requires users to be up to date on their unavailability which turned out to be counter productive
