What are the best aspects of this product?

We set up this solution for our company 4 years ago to track the time we spent on each project and even the time we spent in the field and we are still using it until now. The set up process was a breeze. The solution is easy to use. We love its automated reports. It's apparently a time saving feature. We use the reports to find out how the team is doing and also to send timesheets to our clients.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It does not offer an automatic private time feature or an ability to schedule breaks. It would be nice if they would add more features.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It makes time tracking easier. The platform is very easy to use and has no disturbance. Also, it got awesome customer support.
