PROS: It does not just track time. It can also track application usage, which is definitely incredible. The way it shows the activities is also awesome. It offers a calendar-like viewing which makes it easier to understand how an employee spent its time at work.

CONS: It's a bit pricey for individual use. You may get it at 3 USD per month. If you could afford it, then I think it's somehow worth it.

PROS: What I like about DeskTime is it can be customized. We can create a schedule and tasks parallel to our needs. We can create an account for each employee and we can distribute tasks evenly.

CONS: I find it hard to read reports. The allocation of the schedule is sometimes confusing.

PROS: DeskTime is very useful in tracking the productivity of each employee and the sites that they are using. It also motivates the employees to work harder because of the Ranking feature.

CONS: There are more things to like than dislike about this software.

PROS: It helps ensure that no time nor resources in the company go to waste. Its computer use monitoring feature allows us what staff are doing online. The automatic time monitoring ability allows us to easily find out who do their job, who excel, who is left behind and just spend their time doing nothing or doing things not related to their tasks. The online data monitoring feature is also helpful in making sure that the company resources are being used for the benefit of the company.

CONS: Nothing right now. The app is working fairly well. It does help us monitor and track our staff.

PROS: I like its user interface. It's pretty clean. It also got a really simple but valuable stat. I don't have to spend much time figuring out what the numbers is all about. The ability to view what my team members have done online or what sites they have visited within their working hours is also incredible. It's easier to determine who really works hard and does their job. The reporting tools are also amazing.

CONS: General reports does not include productivity reports on multiple projects done in the same day. I'd love to have this functionality.

PROS: It is easy to set up and use. There are also many nice features available like reporting features that could be acquired at a reasonable price.

CONS: I cannot auto-export reports. Adding this feature would be very helpful for solopreneurs like me.

PROS: I can say that Desktime is an amazing tracking app. It allows me to work without intervention. It has a mobile application that enables me to work even when I am not in the office. I can track my progress and productivity through the use of charts.

CONS: Maybe the thing I hate about is it shows your working time so you need to be less idle.

PROS: I never had a hard time finding my way around the application. It is very easy to use and really effective in tracking time. The application use tracking feature is really great. It lets me know what application my team members use and the amount of time they spend on it. Overall, the solution has been helpful in boosting my team's productivity. Their customer support team is also responsive. Highly recommended tool for those who want to start monitoring and managing their time.

CONS: There's nothing to dislike but there are features they can improve such as the reminders. I find them already amazing but I think they would be much more incredible with a little enhancement.

PROS: We set up this solution for our company 4 years ago to track the time we spent on each project and even the time we spent in the field and we are still using it until now. The set up process was a breeze. The solution is easy to use. We love its automated reports. It's apparently a time saving feature. We use the reports to find out how the team is doing and also to send timesheets to our clients.

CONS: It does not offer an automatic private time feature or an ability to schedule breaks. It would be nice if they would add more features.

PROS: I love how the features of Desktime helps me a lot in my workload. I can monitor the progress and identify the sites that help complete the tasks of each employee. I can identify the area to improve and assess the efficiency and productivity of my staff.

CONS: It is helpful in every way so in my opinion there is nothing to dislike about this product.

PROS: What I like about this product is we were able to save time and resources. The employee’s productivity increased because every activity is monitored.

CONS: They can improve the generation of the report. The report generated could be more specific or detailed.

PROS: DeskTime helps us in monitoring the time allotted for each project. The employee became aware of the time they spent working thus making them more efficient.

CONS: They can improve the features especially in terms of the statistics report. They should display data for longer than one month.

PROS: We are able to see how we spend our time at work, assess our personal performance, and figure out what can be done to increase our productivity. Also, it shows us the number of breaks we make every day, the hours we are most productive, as well as the unecessary applications we use that distract us from our work. Overall, it has helped us maximize our time and boost our productivity.

CONS: So far everything is good. I can't think about anything to complain about.

PROS: We are able to maximize time and improve productivity. I like how this solution gives its users control over how employees should spend their time at work. So we can be sure that all tasks and projects are accomplished on time.

CONS: Desktime is by far the best tool for managing projects and tracking time. No complaint.

PROS: It's effective in tracking time. I don't have to worry about losing track of time anymore or not being able to know where I have spent the working hours.

CONS: I cannot integrate the platform with redmine or taiga and any other 3-d side solutions.

PROS: With this tool, team leaders, managers as well as employers are able to know exactly how each of the employee spend their time at work. It's easier to determine problems whenever an employee's performance is declining. Generally, Desktime is an efficient time tracking tool that helps its users figure out how they can make the most of their time at work and become more productive.

CONS: I don't find any cons. We are using this tool for tracking time, documents, projects, and apps and it does its job pretty well. It works on desktop and mobile devices so it's possible to still oversee the team even when I'm not in the office.
