What are the best aspects of this product?

The product works fine on my end. I love the features that it brings to me. The one thing I liked about Dialogtech is the fact that it has a highly responsive and professional support team. Every time I faced a problem, I get to call them. On the other end, when I speak to customer support, I always get help with the issue that I currently have. They are very helpful and they know most of the things about what this tool offers. I do not have to worry whenever I have a problem as I know there is a team out there that will provide me with a solution. If a customer representative does not know the solution to my problem, they take time to research and then get back to me with a solution.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It works fine on my end. However, it has many features that are not easy to handle. For beginners, it may be too overwhelming. You have to remember and be able to use all those features. By missing just one step you might end up messing everything altogether. In the case you are a beginner, you can first take time to study all the features of this tool before implementing it in your business. This will reduce the chances of missing functionality when making calls to salespeople. Apart from that, this tool offers seamless support in terms of the features it possesses which brings results.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We have been able to effectively utilize the features that this tool has. It has become a key product for our CRM in terms of evaluating the success of our campaigns and also recording sales calls. All that has been easy thanks to Dialogtech. It would not have been possible if we did not have this tool at our disposal. As a result, we have been able to keep track of our pay per click advertising campaigns while we measure how effective they are. Also, for the recording of calls, it is possible to determine how effective they are in boosting sales.
