What are the best aspects of this product?

I like everything about this product. It has come out as a reliable tool to help with managing and converting leads within a short period of time. When it comes to customer support, it is impressive. I do not have to wait for long for my issue to be resolved as the customer support team they have can be relied upon. It is easy to set up DialogTech into your system. The reporting feature makes everything look simple and organized. It helps me to break down my call data into the simplest form that is easy to interpret. For what it has to offer, I can only make the best use of the features it has in store.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Although the customer support is impressive, I would prefer them to include more tutorials of how to use this product. Most of the times when you call you might not get what you are looking for. Sometimes you need to read on your own in order to get a tight grasp of what each of the feature does. This is more sustainable and welcoming than having to call for almost every obstacle you come across while using this product. Since it is a product with multiple features for users to utilize, it would be better if the training materials were available for beginners.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It was not in our wish list to use call in order to track lead sources. However, when we started using DialogTech, it is what we were missing. We cannot seem to stay away from it. It is now possible to track call lead sources without much hustle. It makes things simple on our end. With such capability, we can now plan and execute our marketing strategies with ease. It helps us to be more productive currently and in future which puts us in a better place to be competitive. The reporting feature gives us more decisive results for the data we collect for calls to and from our clients.
