What are the best aspects of this product?

This software is high-performing, user-friendly, and intuitive! It doesn't have any downtime. It can accommodate multiple outgoing messages and it allows switching from one call to another. We can also choose the speaker, hold music, and ringtones. Being able to record conversations is a great feature as well! It's really helpful in verifying information.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The transcripts that are generated are not exactly accurate but can be helpful in note-taking. I think it's having a hard time with accents.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Dialpad is a reliable software that really contributes to our sales, which are mostly done through our call centers.
