What are the best aspects of this product?
Dialpad is incredibly easy to set-up and really cost effective. The apps work on both iOS devices and Android with the exception of a few glitches. Audio is great and the customization is decent. The transition was easy, as was the set-up for our system. The best part about it is that the calls get routed through to our devices; it works as they say it would.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We have run into a few glitches when using with other applications. It is also a little buggy when integrating with Bluetooth in the car. However, we have seen great improvements over the past month.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
As a small business and considering that our key players are always on the go, the service lets us transition between devices (from PC to phone to car). This has allowed us to be available for our clients and provide great customer service. We can message and even record conversations when needed. It has helped us finally get rid of all the physical lines and we are now totally wireless.
