What are the best aspects of this product?
The setup process for Dialpad is so seamless. There is not much work that needs to be done on my end as everything is done automatically. Building up IVR menus is a breeze, though somewhat limited compared to the competition. It integrates deeply with G Suite, which is great for small businesses that are using G Suite. In addition, the mobile app is great as well as the desktop app.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It has very few if any integrations. It does not have any Zapier integration, nor does it integrate with my CRM or my Help Desk. Integrations have to be present if they want to even try and compete with the big players here like RingCentral.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It managed to cut down on spam calls. The calls managed to be directed through a pipeline, and to the correct department. In addition, it is set up to be a scalable based on the needs of our business.
