What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how intuitive this software is! The quality of voice and video calls are excellent, as well. It makes everything convenient, I can use either my mobile phone or laptop. It also has phone analytics that can accurately track usage. Integrations with other applications and Voice Intelligence are also among its competitive advantage.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The only thing I think that needs improvement in Dialpad is the admin portal. I hope the developers can make it easier to navigate. I also hope they would add a screen share feature!

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This app reduces our office expenses because it's so much cheaper than the traditional phone system. We can also conveniently scale whenever our team gets bigger and welcome a new member. We no longer have issues when it comes to compatibility because this app is compatible with any operating system. The call and user analytics are really helpful in writing reports.
