PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

It's good to have a calling platform that works really well on all mobile phones, whether Apple or Android. I also like its ability to record all call records and chat conversations so I can easily backtrack transactions for transparency purposes.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are times when the platform is experiencing some technical issues, making it difficult for us to answer calls. Although this doesn't happen all the time, it still hinders our productivity from time to time. There are days that I can't reach any of my contacts even though they're claiming to be online all the time. The good thing is that we can send each other SMS for non-urgent matters. This application can be more attractive to end-users as long as they fix their most common issues and things will get better.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Working in a school can be stressful, and we often encounter issues with parents who are complaining about their kids' performance and grades. I use Dialpad talk to schedule meetings to show them proofs like test scores, projects, and attendance reports and explain to them what's going on. Most parents have a better understanding of what's going on with their children.
