What are the best aspects of this product?
We have installed Dialpad to use our local and international branches, and it works well. I can use it for long calls, and the good thing is that I never experienced an interruption at all. It works well for both landline and cellphone calls, so it has a wide variety of use in our business, which I must is a wise investment.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I like almost everything about the product. I find it very useful to our day to day work like meetings, inquiries, and customer support.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
A very flexible app that works in all of our gadgets like PC, laptops, and cellphones. Dialpad allows me and my co-workers to communicate effectively throughout the day. We also use this most often to call our clients (outbound calling) because the line is clearer, connectivity is faster, and the costs are way more affordable. Instead of scheduling physical meetings, we would rather use Dialpad for video conferencing because it's more useful for everyone in the team.
