What are the best aspects of this product?
Dialpad has some cool features that we find really handy when we're not in our desks: (1) it can automatically direct the call to someone else when the person being called is not on the desk; (2) it can receive voicemail and text messages; and (3) it allows users to set up an automated routing call within the team. Dialpad, with all these features, is worth the price.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I really like Dialpad but there are some features I found in other software that I wish Dialpad could have soon.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Unlike in other phone services, we can select the features that a user could utilize without paying the whole license. We used to pay the whole license for full service when we only need a certain feature. Saves us a lot of money!
