What are the best aspects of this product?

Dialpad allows users to be more flexible and mobile. We use this in our office and working from home is no longer an issue because anyone can reach out to us through Dialpad. We don't have to be physically in the office and near our desk phones.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Since this is connected to the internet, phone service will also be lost if we lose connection.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Adding new operation and departments is easy as 1-2-3 because we no longer have to reach out to phone service providers just to add new extension lines. It also cut our communication bills in half.
