What are the best aspects of this product?
My favorite feature in Dialpad is being able to text as well as call. It is a simple add-on that is too many times missed by other companies. Another awesome feature is being able to connect my personal phone number directly to the service.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I don't like the little glitches. One of them is that when I get a phonecall from the service and only after the phonecall, sometimes my app starts sending me a notification that I am about to receive a phonecall. I do understand though that Dialpad is working on resolving those glitches which I hope will be addressed.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I communicate with customers and vendors constantly. Sometimes I need to send them picture messages or a message in general, which the app is able to do. Many customers prefer texting and this helps solve any communication block.
