What are the best aspects of this product?
It allows me to manage my time the way I want it to be. I do my best to work from 8-5 from Mondays to Fridays strictly, and I use Dialpad strictly for business transactions only. I install it on my secondary phone so that no one will be interrupting or calling me on my personal phone number. If I need help with something, I need to call customer care, and they are always there to answer or solve my problems.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I find it challenging to answer all incoming calls because you need to perform several steps before connecting to the caller. But overall, the app is good for business purposes.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The good thing about using Dialpad is that it gives me the convenience to operate my business wherever I go. I can simplify assign my staff their own phone numbers to cater to clients anytime, making them more productive.
