What are the best aspects of this product?
Before using Dialpad, we just relied on other tools and our own cellphones to communicate. I must say that it costs the company a lot of money because they have to shoulder some costs that are being used for business calls. That is why we decided to get a full subscription with Dialpad and have it installed on all our phones right away. Nevertheless, the transition was more than I expected because we could use it within the same day. Now everyone uses Dialpad to send each other messages, conduct group chats, and even video calls.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I was able to overcome my initial challenges in setting up the platform in my work PC. I'm glad that I could call customer service for some help, and I could resolve my issues right away. I need to do more self-studying to learn more about its features and use them as often as possible.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Instead of getting a traditional phone line that has limited features, I decided to settle with Dialpad. One of the reasons is that it can accommodate more users. It can efficiently route calls from one number to another. It makes sure that most of the needs are answered promptly, which means that our clients are happier with the service we are providing them.
