What are the best aspects of this product?
I love the following features of Dialpad: (1) easy call transfer to remote offices; (2) texting options; (3) voicemail transcriptions; (4) single outgoing contact number for the whole office; (5) creation of different "lines" within the app; (6) accessible in different devices; (7) user status; and (8) internal chat rooms. Dialpad also records the frequent numbers, so it's more convenient to contact the usual people.

I love everything about it!
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Dialpad makes external and internal communication so much easier. We were also able to transition to working from home quite easily because of this app. It's also helpful if we want our conversations and voice communications documented. Having one number for the customers to contact makes it easier for us and the customers.
