What are the best aspects of this product?
I can use Dialpad on all my mobile devices, that is why I appreciate it so much.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
When someone calls you while you are on the other line, the background becomes noisy, distracting me while I'm in meetings. I raised this concern a few times before, and nothing has changed. Instead, I send the other person an automated message that I'll get back to him/her after my current call.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It allows me to cater to most of the calls that I get during office hours. Even if I'm talking to someone on the other line, I can still send messages to other people or call them back when I'm available.
