What are the best aspects of this product?
Dialpad has helped reduce the clutter on my desk. In my work, I don't need a physical phone, just a headset with an attached microphone which the app provides really well. It also integrates well with SFDC and Outreach and it shows that the calls have been logged in my activity history. It is easy to add someone on the current call or transfer to another person. Things are as easy as just a click of a button.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Every once in a while, it loses the mic functionality and people on the end of the line can't hear anything. But restarting the app usually takes care of the problem. I've had issues with seeing missed calls as well; they sometimes show up in my log after a few hours.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Its click to dial capability has saved a lot of time I normally spend from dialing those numbers by hand. It helps me get more calls logged in an hour. If I want to make a call internally in my company I can just type the name of the employee into the search and their name and number pops up immediately.
