Dialpad allows us to continue communicating with our customers even if we are out of the office and working from home.

Navigating around the settings page is not smooth. That part is not user-friendly.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We can now assist multiple customers at a time with Dialpad. It also helps as we transition to the "new normal" setup at work, meaning working from home. Dialpad's voicemail is the only voicemail we check now, unlike before where we have to check different phones. It also keeps communication uncomplicated, especially to our customers, because we now have one outgoing number. Returning calls is easier! I can also easily check my teammates' backlogs on calls and do something about it.
