What are the best aspects of this product?
It's nice to have a platform that you can use to call and text to be more productive, even if you are at home. Nowadays, some of our workers are on work from home set-up because of the pandemic. I'm proud to say that we could continue our operations despite the tough situation we are currently facing. Using Dialtalk makes it easy for me to reach out to my entire team since they're just calling or texting away. I am confident that we will meet our monthly targets with the constant use of this application. Installation is just easy, and all of my team members have it.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I get an error message whenever there are incoming calls, but the good thing is that it doesn't happen all the time. I suggest you connect to WIFI to get a better signal and call quality.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I use it to make outgoing calls to my colleagues and clients every day. I can easily retrieve call records for records purposes. This application has its flaws, but it serves its purpose at the end of the day, communicating well. I'll continue using it to enhance our business.
