What are the best aspects of this product?

Dialpad is just so flexible because it integrates so well with almost all of our internal apps. It allows us to conduct meetings while reviewing documents and tasks all at the same time. I installed Dialpad into all my gadgets to take and make calls even if I'm on the go. It means that I can do some relevant work even when I am away from my workstation. I answer queries during breaks and when I'm at home, which is fine with me.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I've noticed that the app does not automatically transfer phone contacts, so I had to do it manually, which took me one hour. Other than that, I have no complaints anymore.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Other communication apps are quite choppy or static, but it's a different experience with Dialpad, where lines are more precise. This is why we encourage our peers to maximize this platform for calling purposes. With the help of Dialpad, we get the job done at a faster pace.
