What are the best aspects of this product?

One thing that I admire most about is its ability to adapt to any work environment. Whether you are in the office, at home, or doing some legwork, you can still use this platform as your primary tool for communication.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes it's challenging to transfer calls from one department to another, and I keep hearing a busy tone. I wish that they could create a queue and allow callers to wait patiently on the other line. Reassigning new profiles to new users takes some time to be completed.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were able to merge it with our existing Salesforce app, and we could accomplish more work. I learned how to route calls automatically to other departments and phone numbers.
