PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how I'm able to generate models for reportings and easily sending them on their way. It also comes with plenty of indicators. Customer support has been tremendous and are really there for you when you need them. Their initial training program is interesting.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There have been instances when the mentions take way too load to load. I'm not sure if it's directly from Digimind or the SI system I've set up here.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It did a good job helping me monitor mentions across social media channels since helped me answer requests from clients. I consistently follow through the KPIs of our current and active social media accounts.
