What are the best aspects of this product?
I find it very neat. It's user interface is nice to look at and navigation is really smooth. Filters can be customized so you'll be able to land the right information. I can set up filter to seek feedback and comments according to certain themes. Its search function can be set up easily. Reports can easily be generated.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Setting up initially took a bit of time to tweak since the tool doesn't gather past data. You'll need to get the system to gather everything for a day or so to seek out which terms need adjustment. This helps in filtering junk posts. After the tweaks are through, you'll have to leave it for a day or two in testing new search terms. This sorta reminds me of shot rendering in terms of visual effects.
