What are the best aspects of this product?
I like the product interface because it is simple and user friendly. Also, the tool is highly flexible and this means that you can customize it according to your needs. The support team helps you to better understand things and to use most of this platform. We can monitor almost everything and we are able to customize our reports. We can create multiple folders and topics according to needs, we can share dashboards with other team members and automate the sending of newsletters and campaigns.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The workflow can be quite complicated and large to develop on simple dashboard, but you can always rely on the support team so you can better manage its features.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We manage our work based on information we get through Digimind tool, it helps us to better understand customers’ behavior, to identify sales opportunities, compliants and wuestions. The fact is that social platforms are constantly change so we have to work with a solution that would incorporate all the changes and provide us with accurate data of what’s happening around us.
