What are the best aspects of this product?
Its UI is user-friendly. It's super easy and swift to utilize. One big upside that I realized is how flexible it is in making my own changes. There's no longer the need to make payment every single time whenever you want to include another topic (unlike in other platforms). The consulting staff is more than capable of making configurations and can even scale advanced use of the platform.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It's a robust tool in terms of capturing data in real-time. Sometimes, workflow can be a bit complex and too big for crafting a simpler dashboard. But then again, their team is always there in managing all features.
