What are the best aspects of this product?

We all know how social listening tools can be really complicated and you can be easily lost into all features and functionality. What I like about Digimind is the fact that everything is in perfect order, things you need are distributed into 5 sections: What, When, Where, Who and How. Sections provide information about the topic and each group is accessible. Because the information is well organized you can take the opportunity to go from a general conversation to a specific one.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I’d like to make own report based on the data that Digimind provides.

It helps us with brand reputation, digital crisis management and to keep track of conversation and to get user insights so we can generate contents based on our audience needs.
