What are the best aspects of this product?
What I like most is the org chart. I like that I’m able to see the reports on who reports ho and with all other information. This is extremely helpful for sales process because I can reach out to right people. I like that I receive daily or weekly triggers without spending too much time in pulling reports.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I have experienced some issues when uploading contacts into our CRM. Also, sometimes the trigger subscription doesn’t send any emails with information, and same information is given in triggers subscription emails. They could improve this one because there are lot of duplicate information.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It helps me to gather direct contact information for leads and information about initiatives within the companies. The contact information is accurate.
