What are the best aspects of this product?
I have been using DiscoverOrg for a few years and I have to say that I’m very satisfied from this product and its customer service. Whenever I run into some issue the team is always responsive and willing to take actions in order to resolve the issue. Also, its search engine holds great amount of information on database and this makes my whole work easier. It has great filtering functions and creating lists, It allows me to work on my campaigns and to stay in touch with my targets.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Sometimes the contact or phone number is not updated but you can always research the target group in order to find the information you need.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Our company offers Premier Support maintenance to Oracle and SAP customers and discount of 50%, I like that our target groups don’t have to worry about the budget to purchase the support model. I like that we can help our customers through DiscoverOrg.
