What are the best aspects of this product?

Discover Ogr provides us with direct access to huge number of target groups. I like that the information for target contacts is accurate and effective. I like the synch with Salesforce it saves us lot of time when it comes to data entry and this means that we can be more focused on our prospects. Its support team offers solutions for every kind of issue, they build trust in the relationship and they are extremely helpful.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Unfortunately we missed the project for our target audience, by the time we dot the notification and reached out to the prospect the project has gone through evaluation period. If the alert option misses this kind of information then we don’t need it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to gather important contacts with accurate email, phone numbers and titles. It helps our team to be more effective in their prospecting efforts.
