What are the best aspects of this product?

I’m not sure that there are other solutions that can provide things like DiscoverOrg can. We get accurate and understandable reports of contact info, tile, who reports who. We are able to configure alerts by state/area/zip code and etc. I like that the team behind this tool work constantly for product improvement and growth. I like working with Ben Croll from DiscoverOrg’ supports team, he is responsive, knowledgeable and always willing to help.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

In my opinion, they could make the alerts more specific and detailed. For e.g. when researching about new company I’d like to know what product they chose not just blind information.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to connect with our target groups.
