One of the best tool I have ever worked with

What are the best aspects of this product?

This is one of the best tool when it comes to finding direct line phone numbers and organizational charts for companies. The integration with Salesforce is wonderful and extremely helpful one. Its UI is intuitive and it doesn’t require much training for learning how to use the platform. The data we get is accurate, its team is perfect and they are responsive to my needs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The only thing that I don’t like is that we have purchased the North America Data set.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to get visibility into org charts, it saves lot of time and it provides us with important information about our prospects.
