What are the best aspects of this product?

I like how the data is organized with its Cloud & Data Management, enabling me to oversee and scrutinize accounts at the same time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Reports and updates can be inconsistent in terms of internal activity, such as roles and vacancies. I hope this gets a solution.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Extracting leads became easier for our Sales rep. The internal process also became more streamlined when we installed this software.
