What are the best aspects of this product?

I have used other tools similar to DiscoverOrg and I have to say that the accuracy of the data it provides is on a higher level than other’. I can understand when sometimes the information is not accurate because people constantly move and change their jobs and phone numbers. Thanks to this solution we are able to close lot of deals. I like that we get opportunity alerts and ability to filter by technology that is used in business.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I cannot really say that I have dislikes about this product, because it constantly improves. So if you had asked me what is it that I dislike most about Discover Org months ago I would have answered that I don’t like the limited to technology but with the latest updates they have improved this. There are no dislikes just suggestions for this software.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to reach contact and to send specific messages so we can close our deals. This is great product because it helps us to improve our business.
