It's user-friendly, especially with their smartphone app. There are many simple ways to arrange content too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

LinkedIn Learning integration could do a little better. Also, the importing of files don't work well every time. Oftentimes, you can't really do it.

Able to study anytime and anywhere and use sales supporting tools.
