LMS newbie can easily understand this platform

What are the best aspects of this product?

It's very responsive. I'm a new user so I signed up for a trial account first to get myself familiar with the app. I set-up new modules and worked out things with viewing test reports easily by myself. I have excellent support when I had some questions. Also, the user-guide was well designed that I didn't feel intimidated or pressured to learn this new work tool by myself.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

As of the moment, I can't think of anything bad about it. However, when I was learning the app I had trouble with getting the report for each individual on certain courses.

I think this just needs more familiarization with Docebo as I always find the things I need.

I'll be very excited to use more of its features until the project I'm creating is complete.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It generally provides the solution any LMS would. I never knew this before. Now that there is Docebo, it's an ease.

Since it is also cloud-based, it greatly streamline things and ideally suits with our use of Articulate to make a content.
