docparser is flat out amazing!

What are the best aspects of this product?

docparser is easy to use but still incredibly powerful. We're saving over 80 hours of real human time per month for $39. The ROI has to be quoted in scientific notation!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I can't imagine....

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

It would be nice if the API allowed for interaction with documents (delete, remove pages, etc).

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Like everyone else, we're stretched thin and dedicating time to manually entering bill data was excruciating. Using docparser we were able to eliminate over 20 hours per week of office labor, freeing those people for more demanding tasks.
